The Germans of New Orleans.—The New Orleans Bee of the 25th says.
The honest and true hearted citizens of German origin are amongst the warmest and firmest of our supporters. They are a people who make up their minds deliberately, and adhere to their opinions inflexibly. We unhesitatingly assert that a large majority of the naturalized Germans in New Orleans are in favor of the election of Gen. Taylor, and no where can firmer advocates of his cause, or better and more quiet or correct citizens be found than amidst our German population.
