Kingston, Nov. 26. The commerce with America seems now to be almost entirely given up in London, for no merchant in his senses will give credit to the amount of 100l. to above one house in twenty on the continent. One house in the city received bills to be paid in 12 months, to discharge one shilling in the pound; and a most curious promissory note for one shilling and nine pence in the pound, for 250l. payable 17 months after the decease of the American Trader's Mother, was received by another.
