The Summer Program at Phyllis Wheatley Branch YWCA got underway Monday, June 15 at six day camp centers - Phyllis Wheatley YWCA Building, Rosalie Wright School Vicinity, College Park, Carver Homes, Perry Homes, Mozley Park and St. John Church in the Huff Road Community.
Youth participating in the programs at these centers are enjoying hiking, crafts, nature lore, sewing, dancing, swimming, story telling and a variety of other activities of their choosing. Any child between the ages 6-17 is invited and encouraged to join these day campers Monday through Friday 9:00 to 3:00 P.M.
