Flag Presentation.—At the ball given by the Wheeling Blues at Turner Hall, last night, a very beautiful silk flag and a pair of guidons were presented to the company by the lady friends. The presentation speech was made by Mr. Clarkson, of the Register, for the lady donors. The flag was received by Captain R. H. Cochran, for the company, in one of his usual happy speeches. The ball was a fine affair and was largely attended. We are glad to know that the boys made a very handsome thing out of their ball.
