Arrest of a Sympathiser.—On Monday, the 7th inst., Deputy Provost Marshal Burton, with the assistance of Capt. Lacey, proceeded to the house of Henry Long of Frankford, and arrested him on the charge of using disloyal language towards the Government. He was conveyed to Wilmington under guard the same day. Provost Wilmer ordered Deputy Burton to administer the oath of allegiance to Long, and if he refused, to arrest him immediately. Saturday, the 5th inst., Burton informed Long of his orders, but he persisted against taking the oath, and the Deputy was necessarily obliged to arrest him.
