The French are daily reinforcing upon the Moselle; and by the Dispositions they make, tis thought they intend to besiege Luxembourg; but 'tis assured, that the Imperial Troops will go thither from the Rhine to frustrate their Designs.
The Imperialists are making great Magazines at Philipsbourg; and we hear that the Circles are marching to occupy the Posts along the Rhine.
M. de la Noue, Minister from France, has presented a new Memorial to the Deputies of the four associated Circles, to assure them, that the King his Master will observe an exact Neutrality with the Empire.
