We received this morning Paris papers of Wednesday last.
These papers rejoice in the belief that all parties in America are united against us, and determined upon a vigorous prosecution of the war. Upon this head the press is incorrectly informed, taking their wishes for facts. There is nothing ungrateful in this, unless the people of France remain secretly Bonapartists at heart;— for America did every thing she could to check our efforts against Bonaparte, and to keep him upon the throne.

Paris papers rejoice in the belief that all American parties are united against Britain and determined to prosecute the war vigorously, though this is seen as incorrect information based on wishes. The report suggests this is not ungrateful unless French people remain secretly Bonapartists, as America previously tried to hinder British efforts against Bonaparte and keep him on the throne.
