LONDON, February 14.

The Sailors of Banff and M'Duff have entered into an association not to sail with any merchant ships, until their wages are increased. On the 29th and 30th ult. they went through the town of Banff, with two sets of colours flying, declaring that they would suffer no ship to sail until their demands were complied with.

On the 30th a party of them went to Portsoy, about seven miles distant from Banff, in order to persuade the Sailors of that place to enter into a like combination.
