KETCHIKAN- Prohibition
Officer D. W. Flannigan who is now in
this city has issued the following
signed statement:

"This is to certify that Delegate
Dan Sutherland was not authorized
to use my name before the U. S.
Senate judiciary committee nor to
present any letter or statement to
said committee or to anybody pur-
porting to state that James Galen,
Harry O'Neill, Dr. W. W. Council
and Frank Foster were connected
with Frank Cunningham in a boot-
legging ring at Cordova, as stated
in the Associated Press dispatches
of February third, appearing in the
Ketchikan Alaska Chronicle of that
date.
