CHICAGO (ANP) The Third National Conference on Intergroup Relations, a conference originally launched by the Rosenwald foundation, will be held at the Shoreland hotel here Nov. 3-5, according to an announcement by the American Council on Race Relations and National Association of Intergroup Relations last week. This annual meeting brings together executives and staff members of public and private agencies as well as citizens leadership in all organized efforts to improve intergroup relations through the United States and Canada.
At a general session on opening day, delegates will discuss "Where Do We Stand in Intergroup Relations?" This will be followed by agency meetings and concurrent round tables aimed at discussing civil rights, employment, community organization, education - and housing.
The general session on the final day will revolve about the topic, "Toward an Integrated Intergroup Relations Program for the United States."
