"Chest of Death."—We have a paper, furnished us by captain Martin, from Naples, containing an estimate of the sales of the several American cargoes confiscated at that place, the aggregate of which is two millions, two hundred and fifty-three thousand dollars! This is as far as the sale had taken place, for some had not been completed when the Francis sailed. To this large sum is to be added the value of the vessels, not yet sold. The following are the amounts from this town:
