FRANCHISE Permitting S. O. T. Co. to Enter Cincinnati.
The Southern Ohio Traction Co., has secured its much desired franchise providing right-of-way into Cincinnati.
This is the first instance of any electric company's securing rights for a trolley line in Cincinnati since the power of the Cincinnati Consolidated Co., became so far-reaching. The proposed road of the southern Ohio Traction Co., will be 56 miles long. It will connect Dayton, Hamilton and Cincinnati. The terms of the franchise permits the company to extend a line two miles into Cincinnati. Work on the line will begin at once.
