The supporters of the present Administration, in the House of Commons, are, without exception, the most disreputable and unwealthy that any government in this country experienced since the day that Wat Tyler commanded the clerk to be hung because he could not read and write.
They are made up of the sponges of a few Peers, a squad of Bengal hirelings, and the Common Placemen in the power of every Cabinet.
These, headed by a pliable Puppet, carry every thing against reason in the House—and that is sanctified by those white robed gentlemen in the upper House, whose existence depends on—reason without doubt.
