The Case of McLeod.

The New York Herald, of the 10th inst. says:

"The decision in this case will be given at this term of the Supreme Court, now in session at Utica. Chief Justice Nelson, with his associates, will all deliver their separate opinions; if two out of the three are favorable to McLeod, and they decide that he was irresponsible, because acting under the orders of the British government, he will be released immediately; if they decide otherwise, he will be sent back to prison, to prepare for trial forthwith."
