The Louisiana Outrages.

NEW ORLEANS, LA., Jan. 6.—The Federal officials having invited the Teller committee to hold their sessions in the custom-house, the invitation has been accepted, and the committee will meet there at ten o'clock Tuesday. It is stated that there are about 200 witnesses in this city, summoned from all parts of the State for the purpose of testifying before the United States grand jury concerning the alleged outrages during the late election. A majority of these are colored men, who object to giving testimony outside of the custom-house. The committee will hold open sessions.
