YOUNG CYCLISTS EXPLORE
BRAWLEY IN EARLY MORN

BRAWLEY—Eight teen-age boys from El Centro were not enjoying an early morning ride on the Brawley streets they had taken Monday.

With their five bicycles they were picked up at 2 a.m. coasting along this city's streets.

Police Judge Jack Miller's court decided that they should be certified to the juvenile court for investigation . . . But the charge is the item that puzzles the judge.

"They claimed to have been "just riding around, and there is no law against that," said the judge.

Jesus Gonzales, 18, who will enter the service in the near future was the eldest of the group.
