Adjourned Term Of District Court Ends

Trial of the case of Fannie L. Usery nee Bishop, vs. American Investment company yesterday afternoon marked the close of the adjourned January term of district court here.

All other cases which had not been disposed of were continued after the jury in the Usery case returned a verdict for the plaintiff giving her possession of certain Grady county lands involved in the suit.

Judge Bird left Chickasha this morning for Duncan where he will hear several motions before returning to his home in Pond Creek.
