WHIG RALLY IN PHILADELPHIA.—The Whigs had a grand rally last evening, at their Head Quarters, corner of Fifth and Chestnut street. The Hon. John Sergeant presided, assisted by several Vice Presidents, Mr. Sergeant opened the meeting with a truly eloquent address upon the principles and duties of the Whigs. He was followed by Judge Conrad, who was, as usual, happy and effective in his speech. Mr. McMichael was, as he ever is, eloquent and to the point. Other gentlemen addressed the meeting.
