CHARGED WITH ADULTERY

Ralph Osgood and Mrs. Eva Johnson were arrested Sunday at Del Norte on the charge of adultery.

Monday the couple waived preliminary trial before Judge Hender at this place and were bound over to the district court under bond of $500 each.

It seems that Osgood had beguiled Mrs. Johnson into leaving her husband and home at the John Drake ranch and taking her two children and accompanying him to Del Norte, where they spent the night at a hotel. Their future plans were frustrated by a complaint going from Monte Vista and Sheriff Harper made the arrest at the hotel where the parties registered.
