Nothing is talked of here but the voyage to Cherron, which is to take place on the 14th of January. Great preparations have been making for some time for this journey; the two young Princes, the grandsons of our Sovereign, are to set off two days before her Majesty. There is no doubt that her Majesty will commence her journey if she goes as far as Kiow, where she is to have an interview with the Emperor and the King of Poland. Although, by the Polish constitution, the King cannot absent himself from his dominions, unless in cases of great emergency, yet, as Kiow is at no considerable distance from the frontiers of his kingdom, he may, incognito, take this little excursion, without offending the etiquette of the constitution.
