years ago as an 18 bed hospital and at present there are 40 beds in use. The waiting room has been abolished and only two small rooms are used for office quarters.
This overcrowded condition is principally due to establishment of the bomber plant east of the city and as production is stepped up the need for hospital accommodations will be greatly increased.
It is for this reason that the government has offered to pay approximately two thirds of the cost of the proposed new building.
