Franckfort, April 24.

The Imperial Troops in the Brisgau having lately made an Incursion on the other Side of the Rhine, and committed Hostilities in Alsace.

M. de la Noue has delivered to the Deputy of the four Anterior Circles, a Memorial complaining of this Invasion.

Franckfort, April 24. We see here two Memorials; the one in French only, delivered to M. La Noue, the French Ambassador to the four associated Circles in this Town, complaining of some Excursions of the Austrians into Alsace.

The other is French and German, presented by the Austrian Minister to the Circle of Swabia.

The Contents of this last are, 'That the Empress Queen can't help remarking with infinite Concern, the little Regard that several of the German Estates have for the Welfare of their Country, by departing from their Engagements with the Arch-Ducal House; and entering into others with a Power that has covered Germany with his Troops; who travers'd the Election of the present Emperor, and still refuses to acknowledge, or to renew the Treaty concluded between him and the Empire. &c.'

This Memorial has been communicated to all the Courts where the Empress has Ministers resident.
