PERSONAL.

Mr. Fred Cullum is in town.

Mr. A. F. Ruff was in town Friday.

Rev. Jabez Ferris went to Ridgeway Friday.

Miss Nettie Sitgreaves left Sunday for Baltimore.

Hon. G. W. Ragsdale spent Sunday with his family.

Miss Maggie Aiken left Monday for Washington.

J. T. Barron, Esq., of Columbia was in town Wednesday.

Mrs. Geo. H. McMaster returned from a visit to Florence Tuesday.

Supt. P. J. Wells, of the Southern Railway, was in town Wednesday.

Miss Inglisby, of Charleston, is visiting her sister, Mrs. A. St. J. Simons.

Mrs. O. W. Buchanan and children arrived here Thursday from Sumter.

Judge Buchanan left on Saturday for Lancaster where he opened court on Monday.

Miss Lilia Ketchin left Saturday for Charlotte to spend a few days before going to Baltimore.

Miss Mary E. McMaster leaves Wednesday for Washington, and from there she goes to Baltimore.

Mr. S. M. Macfie came up from Columbia Saturday to spend a few days with relatives in the country.

Miss Lil Dwight, local reporter of The News and Herald, is expected home Wednesday from Charleston.

Miss Minnie Sain leaves Wednesday for her home in Orangeburg, after a pleasant visit to Miss Laura Gerig.

Mrs. W. E. Aiken and daughter, Miss Annie, left Monday for Washington to spend some time with relatives.

Miss Martha Mobley, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. D. A. Crawford, left Friday for her home in Blackstock.

Miss Leila Potts, principal of the Mitford school, near Winnsboro, is visiting her sister, Miss Ella Potts. — Charlotte News.
