NEW LONDON APRIL.

We have accounts from New Port, that last Sabbath, 30 sail of shipping sailed from that place for New-York: part of which went through the sound on Monday and Tuesday, the remainder went without Long-Island: The same time a number of ships went down the sound: We have no accounts from New Port, which make it probable that the enemy are dismantling their fortifications, and embarking their troops, heavy cannon, horses, &c. and it is apprehended that they are about quitting Rhode-Island.
