Good Advice--A late number of the Washington Republican contains the following good advice:
The policy of the friends of the Administration is obvious. Stand firm--cooperate--arrange differences--harmonize conflicting sentiments--organize--understand each other--sacrifice personal interests and animosities to the cause--and unite on the Whig candidate most acceptable to the people. If the administration party will act together in this spirit, the Opposition will discover that the people are well content with peace, good neighborhood, observance of their own laws, and non interference with the affairs of other nations.
