How Hennepin County Legislative Candidates Stand On FEPC Act

Most readers of this paper recognize the fair employment practices movement as a fundamental need in any state. The Minnesota legislature has failed to pass such legislation in the last two sessions. The Minneapolis TRIBUNE Minnesota Poll reported in July that an estimated 75 per cent of voting age citizens are in favor of the passage of a state and national law.

Because of the need for such legislation this newspaper has carefully sought out the attitudes of candidates for the legislature on fair employment practices.

This is how candidates for House and senate stand on FEPC. They are listed alphabetically.
