UNION COUNTY FARM
PICNIC NEAR LIBERTY

LIBERTY, Ind., Aug. 10—A county picnic will be held by farm bureau members of Union county Saturday, Aug. 20, in the Bertch grove a half mile west of Liberty on the Brownsville pike.

The picnic will be an all day affair, and although it is in charge of the farm bureau, all farmers regardless of their membership, or even their residence in Union county, and people of other professions as well have been invited to attend, the intention being to make this a real community meeting.

A picnic dinner will be eaten and entertainment in the afternoon includes a speech by Maurice Douglass, former secretary of the state farmers' federation, and others, and music by the Connersville band.
