GLADSTONE UNDECIDED.

Fund for the Relief of London Workingmen.

LONDON, February 13.—It is rumored that the Government remains undecided as to the advisability of prosecuting the Socialist leaders who are deemed responsible for the rioting which followed the Trafalgar Square meeting last Monday. The better classes of London have been thoroughly aroused to the real needs of the unemployed and a fund of £20,000 has been already subscribed during the past three days for their relief, nearly all of which has been contributed by metropolitan merchants and bankers. The general public has scarcely given anything to the Mansion House fund as yet.
