David Downin Lucky Winner of Horse and Rubber Tired Vehicle.

The drawing for the horse and rubber tired buggy disposed of by W. R. Neibert took place Saturday afternoon in the billiard room at Hotel Hamilton, Hagerstown, and was conducted in the presence of a crowd. The outfit was won by David Downin, of that city, who held No. 41. The judges were Messrs. D. I. Binkley, Ira Hays and J. T. Briscoe. The team is valued at $200. The horse is a brown trotter and a good driver. Mr. Neibert sold 1,500 chances in the team. There were a number of chances sold in this city. They being sold at the hotels and barber shops throughout the city.
