Charged With Withholding Money.

The trustees of Osceola Tribe, No. 1, Improved Order of Red Men, today swore out a warrant against Samuel Cuvillier, jr., charging him with withholding certain moneys belonging to the organization. When action was taken against the ex-treasurer of the tribe several weeks ago it was known that Cuvillier was indebted also, it being alleged that he had not turned in certain sums collected as dues from different members. Part of the shortage was made good and the warrant issued today resulted from a failure on the part of Cuvillier to pay the remainder. He was arrested this evening and the examination of the case fixed for tomorrow morning.
