LONDON, Oct. 23. -- At eight o'clock tonight a bulletin issued by the Irish self-determination league on Lord Mayor MacSwiney's condition said:

"The condition of the lord mayor has not materially changed.

He still is unconscious.

His mouth moves at times as if he wished to speak. The lady mayoress was only allowed to spend about an hour with him today and Peter MacSwiney was allowed to see him a few minutes. The refusal to allow his two sisters to see him continues and they are still in the prison waiting room, refusing to leave."
