London, Nov. 10. Last Week at Kingston Fair in Surrey, there were three times the Cattle brought there to sell that used to be, and yet not half the Number sold that generally used to be sold there; and that the Grazers and Drovers, made a terrible Complaint of the Scarcity of Money and how low Cattle sells young Horned Cattle, that used to sell for 7 or 8 l. a Pair, would not fetch above 4 l. 10 s. and 5 l. a Pair at most, and Sheep in Proportion, so that the Farmers, Grazers, and Drovers have a very bad Time on it; and yet the Butchers here keep up their Meat at high Rates; a Gentleman who had a very fat Ox fit to kill, which weighed about 140 Stone, was offered 9 d. and 10 d. a Stone for him; at last he agreed to kill it, and sell it for 1 s. a Stone, which was reckoned a Price.
