Henry Krauth, Jr., was the victim of a serious accident Thursday afternoon. Young Krauth was riding with Albert Barth, of the firm of Boehlke & Barth and was about to cross the east end crossing when the team became frightened at two engines and, without warning, backed the rig and occupants over the embankment. In the mix-up Krauth was thrown under the wagon and received a bad scalp wound and several bruises. He was taken at once to the Dickinson hospital where his wounds were dressed and it was found that the skull was fractured. His condition is serious but is not considered critical.
