CLEVELAND, OHIO—(By Leo H. Lewis for ANP)—From reliable sources within the upper political circles of Cuyahoga county comes information revealing that "wind pipe bursting" is the feature hobby of local Negro Democrats. Prior to last fall's election Negro Democratic leaders boasted in full blast of what Negroes would get, and in what positions they would be placed if the Dems should receive the voting ovation they did obtain.
These politicians of color, pledging themselves as promoters of a new era in Cleveland politics for Negroes have gone completely asleep since the election.
Where are all the ward leaders that were to be democratic organization heads in the colored ward? The white leaders expressed their willingness to comply with various requests if approached.
