Dodson To Direct A. U. Players Current Season

C. N. Dodson, instructor in drama at Spelman College who has gained recognition as a playwright and director this year, the University Play is dramatic organization of Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College has been announced.

Mr. Dodson, a member of the faculty of the summer school at Atlanta University during the summer of 1938 and 1939, where in addition to his teaching duties he founded the theater workshop, found time to participate either as actor or director in eight of the productions.

Patron of the Summer Theater and other more upturnity to ob- serve Dodson versatility in theater when they witnessed his only full-length drama, 'Adiums Comedy's production of the 1938 summer season, twice the Yale University Theater selected this play for production on the occasion of their annual alumni celebration, only February 22, 1939.
