SIX INJURED IN WRECK.

Dermott, Feb. 29.-At least six passengers were injured, two of them seriously, when a freight train ran into the rear end of the Warren branch mixed train here at 7:45 o'clock tonight.

All those reported hurt are negroes.

The Warren train is a short freight with a passenger coach attached between the last car and the caboose.

This train was standing on the main line ready to pull out when a south-bound freight struck it. The caboose was driven through the rear of the passenger coach occupied by negroes.

White passengers, occupying the front end of the coach, were only shaken up.
