Feb. 23. A Letter from the Hague has the following remarks.

"The Tale of the Russian Court's declaring War against Prussia is so lamely told, that we have the strongest Reason to doubt the Truth of it; but if it should prove true, it would alarm the Austrians as much as the Prussians; because it would shew a determined Resolution in them to get Footing in Germany; and in this Case it would be necessary for the two German Powers to make Peace, and employ their joint Forces against this new Invader, who could be considered in no other Light than as a common Enemy to the whole Germanick Body."
