In New Mexico on the Courtright-McIntire Affair.

ALBUQUERQUE, N. M., Oct. 29.—Wm. Capps, accompanied by J. W. Wilkinson, lawyers from Texas, arrived in the city to-day. They came on the McIntire matter. Both, with ex-Chief Richmond, had a secret consultation with District-Attorney McComas last night. What the out-come was, could not be learned. Mr. Capps has expressed his belief that the McIntire-Courtright case could have a fair trial here, for the American Valley murder, without fear of mob law.
