The Paris Moniteur has published a long correspondence on Spanish affairs. It consists of letters from King Charles, and his Queen, &c. &c. to Bonaparte, Murat, &c. These letters repeatedly charge Prince Ferdinand with hating Bonaparte, and mention instances in which he had displayed that hatred. Since they were written, nothing has happened but what has been calculated to increase that detestation.
