Dopp To Scold Garbage Driver

City Service Director Robert Dopp today planned to reprimand a garbage truck driver who dumped part of a load of refuse on South street between Ashby and Thomas streets, last night, Mayor Demeritt, acting city manager, reported today.

The driver, who operates truck No. 7, apparently was in a hurry to get home and dumped the garbage on the street, according to a complaint registered with Mayor Demeritt by John B. Webb, special police officer.

Webb saw the driver dump the refuse on the street and forced him to reload the garbage and remove it to the incinerator.
