J. E. SHIPMAN:

'Being a member of the Kiwanis club has been a most pleasant experience. Besides being able to enjoy the fellowship of business men of the highest type at a time when they are relaxed, it affords an opportunity for cooperation in civic enterprises that are well worth-while.

The ideals of the Kiwanis organization make one strive to become a better citizen in civic affairs.'

REV. BROADUS E. JONES:

"Kiwanis has offered an opportunity to make real and lasting friendships. The weekly contacts with men in various lines of business, of different church affiliations, etc., have been not only a source of relaxation and pleasure, but an inspiration as well."

FATHER PHILIP O'MARA:

"To know what the Kiwanis club does for one is not expressible in words. The only way to realize what the organization does for one is to be a Kiwanian. In the few years that I have been a member, the relationship and association has been worth an unlimited amount to me as an individual. I firmly believe that there is exemplified in this organization one of the highest types of citizenship.

In carrying out the motto, 'We Build,' we not only build as an organization, but we build ourselves in terms of character, loyalty, and a better manhood."
