Dr. D. H. Stanton In Praise Of Agencies Promoting Bible

In acknowledgment of the financial cooperation given his organization by the various denominational conferences of the section during the past year, Dr. D. H. Stanton, Atlanta District Secretary of the American Bible Society, today is extending his appreciation to these conferences through the columns of the Atlanta Daily World.

The latest check received by his organization, Dr. Stanton said, was a contribution of $322 from Bishop J. S. Flipper, senior Bishop of the AME church and presiding bishop of the South Carolina District of the African Methodist Episcopal church.
