OKLAHOMA CITY. Oct. 12.-(AP)--For the first time in history of the state, the doors of the all-white University of Oklahoma will be ready to open for a Negro student tomorrow.

He is G. W. McLaurin, a 54-year-old retired professor who wants to study for a Doctor's Degree in Education in the University's graduate school.

Yesterday the state, represented by the University regents, bowed to a Federal Court ruling of Sept. 29 and decided to admit McLaurin.
