Puts Them Out of Business.
Hibbing Tribune: Abatement papers were placed in the hands of Deputy Sheriff George Haley and eight Hibbing business houses will be closed by court order. The orders were issued following abatement hearings in district court here last June. The order follows convictions for violations of liquor laws. The eight business places and the proprietors affected are enjoined from operating for periods ranging from one year to suspension for all time within the state of Minnesota. The court ordered these places closed some weeks ago, but it was not until recently that the papers were filed with the clerk of court and delivered to the sheriff. It is expected that the sheriff will serve the papers immediately and that the business houses will be closed.
