FROM ST. HELENA.
Capt. Dexter, who has arrived at Boston from Canton, touched at St. Helena. The squadron lying there consisted of a 74, and three small vessels. Officers from them informed Capt. D. that Buonaparte enjoyed good health, but seldom went abroad, and was not in social intercourse with Sir. Hudson Lowe, or any of the Commanding officers:—That these officers appeared irritated and probably were mortified at being compelled to remain on that barren rock for the purpose of guarding one personage; and would rejoice at his departure that they might be relieved; and that a new palace was erecting for the accommodation of Buonaparte.
