Buenos-Ayres.—Our latest accounts are to the 23d June. They contain various items of naval operations. On Sunday, the 11th, a battle took place between the Brazilian and Buenos Ayrean fleets, which was kept up with spirit for some time, when the former hauled off—on which Adm. Brown left his ship, and bore down upon the Brazilians with seven gun-boats, and opened his battery upon them, which was continued for some time: night coming on the combatants, the firing ceased without accomplishing any thing of consequence.
