Due at New York:
Vassar Victory, from Bremerhaven-1,444 troops including batteries C and D of 132nd AAA Gun Bn., Hq. and Hq. Cos. A, B, C, D and Service Co. of 756th Armored Tk. Bn.; Hq. and Hq. Co. and 893rd Tnk. Des. Bn.
India Victory, from Le Havre-999 troops and 11 naval personnel, including Cos. G, H and E, 302nd Inf. Regt., 3472nd Ord. MAM Co., 3214th Ord. BAM Bn. and five WACS.
West Point, from Manila-6,107 troops, 1,456 Naval personnel, 251 nurses and 123 civilians, including the 227th AAM Searchlight Bn. and many casuals.
Eighteen ships were scheduled to arrive at U. S. ports Friday with more than 18,500 servicemen.
