Judge Draws Jury List For Cattle Case

Circuit Judge Fred R. Hocker, of Ocala, was in Brooksville on Wednesday to draw a jury and set the date for trial of the case of J. Augustus Watson vs. Hoyt Campbell involved in a dispute over ownership of cattle.

Tuesday, Nov. 21st, was set as the date for jury trial of the case with the session convening at 10:00 A. M. in the court room of the county court house.

The case is listed as an 'Action for Replevin' and Clyde H. Lockhart will represent Mr. Watson while E. S. MacKenzie has been retained as lawyer for Mr. Campbell.
