The Radicals of this, the 19th District, have issued a call for a Convention to be held at Garrettsville on Wednesday of next week, to nominate a candidate for Congress. The counties will be entitled to representation in the Convention as follows: Ashtabula, 40; Trumbull, 37; Portage, 26; Mahoning, 24; Geauga, 20. The primary meetings are to be held, by recommendation of the Committee, on Saturday evening. The notice is very brief, giving but little over a week between the issuing of the call and the holding of the Convention.
