Mr. and Mrs. Ben Morren, daughter Edna and son Thomas, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Langford and son Leonard, were the dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Champeau Wednesday.
Rev. J. L. McCreight gave a very interesting talk at the school house last Sunday.
Mrs. O. M. Nelson and Mrs. S. M. Nelson were the dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Griffin on Guffey avenue last Tuesday.
Miss Signa Freek returned home Sunday after spending two weeks in Canon City.
Dan Lamb and family were callers in Garden Park last Sunday.
Thomas B. Morren left for his old home in Norman, Okla., Friday morning accompanied by Mrs. John Molten and son Emmett, who have been visiting here.
Mr. and Mrs. Claude Benson and family and Miss Ella Roberts were in Garden Park last Sunday.

Mesdames S. M. and W. W. Nelson entertained the ladies of Garden Park at their home Thursday afternoon with cards and some nice selections of music. Dainty refreshments were served and all present spent a very pleasant afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Canterbury and family, Mrs. Lizzie Chess and family were the Sunday guests of Mrs. Chess' daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Higgins on Eight Mile Park.
Those that attended the St. Patrick's dance in Canon City were Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Canterbury, Miss Edith and Clyde Cress, Miss Frances and Charles Canterbury.
Mrs. B. P. Culifer is much improved from a severe case of tonsilitis.
